Welcome to Print Doodle Press!
PDP is a small print and creative studio that specializes in the simplicity and beauty of handmade wedding stationery and art. Our name is inspired by the “doodles” that ultimately evolve and become the finished, polished design our clients fall in love with to create their perfect day and showcase their unique style.
We love to be surrounded by everything paper, from unique textures to fresh pops of color. We live to create, inspire, and challenge ourselves. We continuously experiment with different levels of printing methods and technology. Currently PDP is home to two vintage presses, “Ruby” and “Patsy”. Ruby is a tabletop press, named for her rich red color. She has traveled all the way from the Netherlands to be with us. Patsy, named after the legendary country artist, has spent most of her 109 years in the South. She is a 1910 Chandler & Price Old Style Press. In addition, you will find several sets of moveable type around the studio too!

Hi! I’m Megan Buchta — founder of Print Doodle Press! I’m excited to share my passion of paper, learn your story, and create something uniquely special for you to cherish years and years to come. While working in the design and print industry I continue to experiment with new materials and push boundaries in my field.
As a former Division I athlete I know what it takes to to work and play hard while having fun. I make things easy for my clients by taking care of the whole invitation process from start to finish. I have been managing production, timelines, and schedules for years as I have always kept busy in my professional and personal life. I love to travel, enjoy sporting events, and cook with my husband plus try new foods especially, spicy—Yum! I can’t wait to connect, collaborate, and be apart of your special day whether it be your wedding, birthday party, or event!

Puptern/CEO, Hoarder of Dog Toys, & Foodie
Hi! I’m Tex — mascot of Print Doodle Press! I’m excited to meet all my new friends. I keep an eye on Megan while she’s working or take a nap from time to time because she really knows her stuff! I absolutely love my dog toys and I’m a complete foodie especially, for those treats! I’m not allowed near the presses, but I like to help Megan pick up paper scraps while she’s assembling cards or invitations. I’m Megan’s best friend and I love to give her plenty of dog hugs and kisses when I can. Oh, I almost forgot my favorite outdoor activity is to fetch tennis balls. There may be one or two around the studio. Be careful we don’t want you to trip!
